We take confidentiality & anonymity seriously here at North Star Consulting Group. As an independent, third-party vendor that has specialized in facilitating employee survey projects across the globe since 1999, we promise you that your feedback will remain strictly anonymous & confidential.

In other words, we will never release your individual responses back to your office, your senior management, your immediate manager, etc. Summary reports that are created for your office leadership show only the aggregated scores for the various questions on the assessment; individual data/scores are anonymized by our survey software and are never released.

You can feel confident that your feedback is anonymous & confidential, and we encourage you to be honest and candid when participating in Employee Feedback Assessments administered by North Star Consulting Group.
